Computer Engineering student at Khwopa Engineering College. I build REST APIs, AI-powered backends, and database-driven applications with Django, Python, and PostgreSQL.

I'm Murari Pandey, a final-year BE Computer Engineering student at Khwopa Engineering College, Kathmandu — with a 3.7 GPA and a very specific obsession: building backend systems that are clean, well-structured, and actually production-ready.
My focus is on Django-based REST APIs, database design, and integrating AI models into real workflows. My latest project — an AI attendance system using face recognition — taught me more about building real systems than three years of coursework combined. Webcam frames, Base64 encoding, PostgreSQL, modular architecture — all of it live.
I also contributed to the CNCF Kathmandu community, which gave me a glimpse into how production-grade cloud-native infrastructure works at scale. AWS fundamentals, EC2, S3, IAM — I've touched it, not just read about it.
Right now I'm finishing my degree and looking for a backend or full-stack engineering role where I can contribute real code to a real product from day one.
I'm in the final stretch of my degree and actively looking for backend engineering, full-stack, or AI-adjacent roles where I can write real code on a real product.
